Prohibited States

The sweepstakes promotions of Neon Sweeps are void where prohibited by law. Residents of, and persons located in, the following jurisdictions may not register, purchase or play:

California, Connecticut, Idaho, Indiana, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee, Washington

Players who move to, or are located in, a prohibited state can still sign in, close their Account and redeem eligible Sweeps Coins.

Additional terms apply in some states. Florida: the maximum prize per game round is 5,000 Sweeps Coins.

This list may change as laws change. We verify your location when you register, purchase, play with Sweeps Coins and redeem.
