Official Sweepstakes Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. Eligibility

The sweepstakes are open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 21 years old and physically located in a state where the sweepstakes are available. The sweepstakes are void in: California, Connecticut, Idaho, Indiana, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee, Washington. Employees, officers and directors of the Sponsor, its affiliates, suppliers and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families and households, are not eligible. One Account per person.

2. Sponsor

3. Promotion period

The sweepstakes run continuously until we announce their end with at least 30 days' notice.

4. How to collect Sweeps Coins

You can collect free Sweeps Coins ("SC") in these ways:

1. Bonus with a Gold Coins purchase — when you purchase a Gold Coins package, you may receive free bonus Sweeps Coins as shown in the store.
2. Sign-up bonus — 2 SC when you create and verify your Account (one per person, device and household).
3. Daily bonus — free SC for signing in daily, as shown in the rewards section.
4. Promotions — promotions, tournaments and challenges under the terms of each promotion.
5. Free mail-in request (AMOE) — see section 5.

5. Free mail-in request

1. Sign in and get your free request code on the How to Get Free Sweeps Coins page. Each code is valid for 30 days and can be used once.
2. Hand-write on a 4" × 6" white card: your request code, full name, address, and the email of your Account.
3. Put one card in a stamped envelope and mail it to: [mailing address to be published here before launch]. One request per envelope. You can get up to 1 code per calendar day and up to 3 codes per calendar month.
4. Each valid request receives 5 SC. We aim to process requests within 10 business days of receipt.
5. Requests that are mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete, use an expired or used code, or arrive in bulk in one envelope are void.

6. Equal dignity

Free Sweeps Coins have the same value, the same chances of winning and the same prizes as Sweeps Coins received with a purchase.

7. Using Sweeps Coins

1. Sweeps Coins received as a bonus with a Gold Coins purchase must be played at least 1× before they can be redeemed. Free Sweeps Coins from other sources have no playthrough requirement unless a promotion states otherwise, and never more than purchase-bonus coins.
2. Sweeps Coins won in gameplay can be redeemed immediately.
3. Each game shows its return to player (RTP). Game outcomes are determined by the game provider's certified random number generator.
4. Florida: the maximum prize per game round is 5,000 SC.

8. Redeeming prizes

1. Eligible Sweeps Coins may be redeemed for cash prizes at the rate of 1 US dollar per 1 SC.
2. The minimum redemption is 75 US dollars. Redemptions are limited to 10,000 US dollars per day and 100,000 US dollars per month.
3. Prizes are paid to a bank account or debit card in your name. Instant payment options may be available.
4. Before your first redemption you must complete identity verification (ID, address and selfie with liveness check).
5. Redemption requests cannot be cancelled by the player.

9. Expiry of Sweeps Coins

Sweeps Coins expire if you do not sign in for 60 consecutive days. We notify you by email 7 and 1 days before expiry.

10. Verification of potential winners

Potential winners may be asked to confirm eligibility and identity. Failure to do so within 30 days cancels the redemption and returns the Sweeps Coins to the balance.

11. Taxes

Winners are responsible for taxes on prizes. If your prizes reach 2,000 US dollars in a calendar year, we will ask you to complete IRS Form W-9 and issue Form 1099-MISC.

12. Publicity

Your masked nickname, the game and the amount of a win may be shown in the public wins feed. You can hide your wins in your privacy settings. We use your name or likeness in other publicity only with your consent.

13. Disqualification and forfeiture

We may void prizes and forfeit Sweeps Coins obtained through multiple accounts, bots or automation, forged free entry requests, fraud, chargebacks, collusion, exploitation of errors, or any other breach of these Rules or the Terms and Conditions.

14. General conditions

The Sponsor's decisions are final on all matters relating to the sweepstakes. The Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, lost or late mail, or errors beyond its reasonable control.

15. Disputes

Disputes are resolved as described in the Terms and Conditions, section 23.

16. State-specific terms

• Florida: the maximum prize per game round is 5,000 SC. A list of winners of prizes over 25 US dollars is available on request.

17. Winners list

To request a list of winners, write to [mailing address to be published here before launch] within 90 days, marked "Winners List".
