Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and [operator legal name to be confirmed] ("we", "us", "Sponsor"), the owner and operator of Neon Sweeps at neonsweeps.com (the "Platform"). Please read them carefully together with the Official Sweepstakes Rules, the Privacy Policy and the Promotions Terms. These Terms contain an arbitration agreement and a class action waiver (section 23).

The Platform and its sweepstakes promotions are sponsored and operated by [operator legal name to be confirmed], [registered address to be confirmed]. The Official Sweepstakes Rules form part of these Terms. If they conflict with these Terms in relation to Sweeps Coins, the Official Sweepstakes Rules prevail.

3. Eligibility

To open an Account and use the Platform you must:

  1. be at least 21 years old;
  2. be a legal resident of the United States living in a state where the Platform is available — see Prohibited States;
  3. have only one Account; and
  4. not be an employee, officer or director of the Sponsor, its affiliates, suppliers or promotion agencies, or a member of the immediate family or household of any such person.

We may verify your eligibility at any time.

4. Licence to use the Platform

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the Platform for your own entertainment in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or use the Platform for any commercial purpose.

5. Your Account

  1. Registration. You must provide true, accurate and complete information and keep it up to date. Your name, date of birth and address must match your government-issued ID.
  2. Nickname. Your nickname must not be offensive, misleading or infringe anyone's rights. We may change or remove it.
  3. Security. Keep your password confidential and enable two-factor authentication. You are responsible for all activity on your Account. Tell us immediately at support@neonsweeps.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
  4. Inactive accounts. If you do not sign in for 60 consecutive days, the Sweeps Coins in your Account expire. We notify you 7 and 1 days before expiry. Sweeps Coins already requested for redemption do not expire.
  5. Closing your Account. You may close your Account at any time in your account settings or by contacting support. Before closing, you may redeem eligible Sweeps Coins. Remaining Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins are forfeited on closure.

6. Virtual currencies

Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins are virtual coins, not money. They cannot be transferred between Accounts or sold. Sweeps Coins may be redeemed for cash prizes at the rate of 1 US dollar per 1 Sweeps Coin under the Official Sweepstakes Rules.

7. Purchasing Gold Coins

  1. You may purchase Gold Coins packages. You are purchasing Gold Coins only. Sweeps Coins are a free promotional bonus. No purchase is necessary — see How to Get Free Sweeps Coins.
  2. Prices are shown in US dollars before you confirm a purchase. Payments are processed by our payment providers.
  3. Refunds. Gold Coins are digital goods delivered immediately. Purchases are final and non-refundable, except in case of a platform error, a duplicate charge, or where required by law. If a refund is issued, the coins from the purchase, including bonus Sweeps Coins, are removed from your Account.
  4. Chargebacks. Disputing a charge with your bank instead of contacting us is a breach of these Terms. We may suspend your Account while the dispute is resolved and remove the coins related to the disputed purchase.
  5. Purchase limits may apply, including limits you set yourself as a responsible gameplay tool.

8. Promotions

Bonuses, daily rewards, promo codes, tournaments and other promotions are governed by the Promotions Terms and the terms of each promotion.

9. Verification

Before your first redemption you must complete identity verification: a government-issued ID, proof of address and a selfie with a liveness check. Additional verification may be required for larger redemptions. If verification is not completed within 30 days of our request, the redemption is cancelled and the Sweeps Coins are returned to your balance.

10. Responsible social gameplay

We provide purchase limits, reality checks, cool-off periods and self-exclusion. See Responsible Social Gameplay. Self-exclusion cannot be lifted before the end of the chosen period.

11. Prohibited conduct

You must not: open or use more than one Account; use bots, scripts or automation; use a VPN, proxy or other means to hide your location; submit false identity information; forge or bulk-submit free entry requests; collude with other players; exploit errors or malfunctions; or engage in fraud, money laundering or chargeback abuse. If you do, we may suspend or close your Account and, as described in the Official Sweepstakes Rules, void prizes and forfeit coins obtained in breach of these Terms.

12. Intellectual property

All content of the Platform, including software, graphics, trademarks and games, belongs to us or our licensors.

13. Third-party games and websites

Games are supplied by third-party game providers and are governed by their game rules, which are available in each game. The return to player (RTP) of each game is shown on the game page. We are not responsible for third-party websites linked from the Platform.

14. Malfunctions

A malfunction voids affected gameplay and payouts. We may correct balances affected by a malfunction. In some states the maximum Sweeps Coins win per game round is limited, as described in the Official Sweepstakes Rules.

15. Territorial availability and geolocation

The Platform is not available in the states listed in Prohibited States. We verify your location when you register, purchase, play with Sweeps Coins and redeem, including your browser location with your permission. If we cannot verify that you are in an eligible state, these actions are not available.

16. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your personal information.

17. Marketing and communications

We send transactional messages about your Account. Marketing emails and SMS are sent only with your consent and you can opt out at any time. Message and data rates may apply to SMS; reply STOP to opt out.

20. Suspension and closure by us

We may suspend or close your Account for breach of these Terms or where required by law. If we decide to discontinue the Platform, we will notify players at least 30 days in advance. You may redeem eligible Sweeps Coins until the closing date and for 90 days after it through support.

21. Indemnity and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided "as is" and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these Terms.

22. Not a financial institution

We are not a bank. Balances in your Account are not deposits and do not earn interest.

23. Dispute resolution

Any dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, and you waive the right to participate in a class action. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by writing to support@neonsweeps.com. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.

24. Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms. For changes that affect your rights materially, we notify you at least 14 days in advance and ask you to accept the new version before you can play with Sweeps Coins, purchase or redeem.

25. General

If any provision is held invalid, the rest remains in force. The English version prevails.
